Delivery & Returns
We want to make placing your Upero order as easy as possible. That’s why all our orders come with Next Day delivery. Our network of independent haulage companies and depots mean we’re able to get to you wherever you are in the UK (with a couple of exceptions) and we can help you keep delivery costs down by using an efficient shared load system whenever possible. You’ll find full details about our delivery options and restrictions below.

Tail-lift Delivery
Our most popular delivery method is tail-lift courier which is done using our trusted pallet network. For smaller orders, we use a shared load system and make full use of distribution depots in order to improve the efficiency of our nationwide delivery system. If you have a gravelled drive, you will need to put down ply-boards for the vehicle to get access. All tail-lift deliveries are kerbside. Please be aware that delivery of natural stone isn't just a small parcel... one pallet is generally one tonne of weight, plus fuel surcharge and any extra congestion charges and so on - so we simply pass on the cost directly to you.
HIAB Delivery
For larger deliveries (up to 12 pallets) we use a HIAB and products will be unloaded to a suitable location to allow ease of unloading products from pallets or to keep in a safe place until the products are ready to be used. Please note that costs for larger deliveries may vary depending on your location, so please let us know of any access issues when placing your order. This delivery method is also suitable for unloading in difficult to access areas and over fences, hedges and benefits from a faster offload. You can choose HIAB delivery for your order no matter how large or small, although there is an extra cost.
Artic Lorry
For large deliveries containing up to 22 pallets, we use an articulated lorry with a fork lift included. The ride on forklift is 8 feet wide and is an off-road vehicle which means that we can deliver the pallets to a place of your choosing and we’re able to unload on gravel drives. This delivery method is good for fast offloading and the fork lift is a huge benefit when it comes to placing pallets wherever necessary. This delivery method is not recommended for central London deliveries or country roads and areas with low hanging trees.
Returning made to order paving is tricky. Very tricky. So unless there is an issue with the quality or an error on our behalf, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. It’s why we do everything possible to make sure you are happy and know what you are getting before you click buy. That includes our Quality Guarantee on all our products, and an easy sample service too. We’re only too happy to post you small samples for free or larger samples for a small charge, in advance, so you can get your hands on the product and get a feel for the unique qualities of the stone. And if that’s not enough, you can always make an appointment to pop down to our showroom.
